Job Summary
Manager will provideSupport the Fragrance Scent technology and Information team by assisting with laboratory experiments, sample preparation, stability testing, collecting and organizing experimental data. This role offers hands-on experience in a laboratory setting
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist scientists with lab experiments.
- Collect, record, and organize experimental data in spreadsheets and lab documentation systems.
- Perform basic calculations and create summaries (tables, charts) to help compile results for project updates
- Participate in team check-ins and communicate progress, observations, and any issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean, safe, well-organized lab space; help with basic inventory and supplies.
- Follow all safety, quality, and confidentiality requirements, complete required training.
Qualifications:
- Current university student pursuing a degree in Chemistry or a related science.
- Basic understanding of lab safety, scientific method, and experimental procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written protocols.
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets for data entry and basic organization.
Preferred
- Prior academic or research lab experience.
- Interest in fragrance, formulation, or consumer product science.
