The Position

Roche is a global healthcare company - founded 125 years ago in Basel, Switzerland, offering outstanding career paths and phenomenal benefits. We are continuously expanding, looking for new talents to join our transforming Services & Solutions Center based in Malaysia.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented SAP Authorization Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in SAP authorization processes and contribute to the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform quality checks related to SAP authorization.

  • Conduct detailed reviews of user assignments.

  • Execute quality checks on job function/business task mappings between test and production systems.

  • Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve inconsistencies.

  • Document findings and provide detailed reports to aid in process improvement.

  • Assist in developing and refining SAP authorization documents.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

  • Demonstrated curiosity about ERP systems and a desire to understand SAP authorization and access management principles.

  • Internship Duration : 6 months
