As a start up, you can expect your days to be pretty varied. Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to:
● Lead Research & Identification: Conduct thorough research to identify potential customers across various industries who would benefit from Teleport's logistics solutions. Develop a deep understanding of target customer profiles to build a qualified lead pipeline
● Automation of Outreach Loops: Research and implement automated systems to streamline lead generation, outreach, and follow-up processes. Use SaaS tools (e.g., Lemlist, Pipedrive) to create workflows that allow consistent, scalable, and effective communication with leads
● Outreach Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize these systems to ensure high efficiency and effectiveness. Update workflows, sequences, and lead prioritization strategies as needed based on performance metrics
● CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system. Ensure smooth data fl ow between automated systems and CRM tools, enhancing the visibility of lead status and activity
These are minimum-requirement skills and a ‘must-have' for the role:
● Someone who loves to automate stuff - excited by the prospect of working with different tools
● Working on setting up systems for lead generation, lead engagement (through email, whatsapp, social media) and lead onboarding
● MUST have university internship letter
