- Cultivate and sustain strong, trust-based relationships with donors, ensuring timely follow-ups on pledges to encourage recurring support.
- Monitor and meet specific daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics, including call volume and conversion rates from initial contact to final donation.
- Manage accurate donor records and call logs within the CRM or spreadsheet systems, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of all financial and personal data.
- Assist in the execution of broader fundraising campaigns by providing timely updates to supporters through various communication channels as needed.
