Job Description
The Pricing Insights & Analytics Intern supports the development of the Pricing Insights & Analytics COE within Revenue Growth Management (RGM). This position assists with understanding in-market performance, identifying growth opportunities, and bringing pricing thought leadership to the organization. The intern will work closely across RGM to deliver data solutions that accelerate growth through stronger pricing actions. This individual will explore and implement solutions to increase pricing data visibility, improve pricing analytic capabilities, and support digital transformational initiatives. This position will partner cross-functionally with IT, Finance, Sales, Brand Marketing, and Strategic Insights & Analytics to drive fact-based, data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Assess current internal and external capabilities for collection and reporting of pricing data
- Explores solutions to expand and integrate data coverage through syndicated sources, emerging technologies, and expansion of internal capabilities
- Supports data integration efforts to support digital transformation initiatives that elevate RGM pricing analytic capabilities
- Assists in establishing CBI pricing survey capabilities, coordinating process from data collection through insights generation
- Supports any documentation and training initiatives related to pricing analytic capabilities
- Provide holistic understanding of business performance, with focus on pricing and promotion levers, to support internal business partners
- Participate in price training, development opportunities, and activities related to Revenue Management functions.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, IT, Economics, Statistics, Accounting, or related field
Physical Requirements/Work Environment
- Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.
- Sitting, working at desk/personal computer for extended periods of time
- Primary work environment is professional corporate office
- Ability to travel commercially to domestic and international locations
The salary range for this role is:
$19.00- $29.50 an hour
This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future.
