Key Responsibilities:
Assist in research and development activities related to fabric innovation and product improvement.
Support in conducting lab tests, trials, and sample evaluations.
Collect, analyse, and document data from experiments and development processes.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Production, Quality, and technical departments.
Assist in preparing reports on research findings and development progress.
Maintain proper documentation of samples, test results, and development records.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
Qualification and Experience:
Following a degree or Diploma in Textile Technology, Material Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of fabric processes and textile testing methods will be an added advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Attention to detail with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Skills Required
- Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Textile Technology, Material Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of fabric processes and textile testing methods
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
