KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Proactively understanding technology requirements of new projects & growth platforms and develop innovative approaches in solving technological challenges to generate meaningful resolutions.
Support in the development of virtual & physical prototypes both internally & with partners to create open innovative technology products that can be converted to realistic investment opportunities.
Drive technology, method, and consistency validation enabling smooth scale-up from development to bulk manufacturing.
Perform machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities for new technology platforms.
Research & understand adoptable technology and identify potential partners to work with in a collaborative fashion to ensure optimal productivity.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Undergraduate or Graduate in BSc Engineering specializing in Textile and Clothing Technology, BSc (Hons) in Polymer Chemistry or NDT in Textile and Clothing Technology.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to efficiently manage documents, data, and presentations.
Ability to effectively communicate information in a clear and professional manner, both verbally and in writing, to engage stakeholders and ensure alignment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contributing positively to shared goals and supporting overall team success.
Skills Required
- Undergraduate or Graduate in BSc Engineering specializing in Textile and Clothing Technology, BSc (Hons) in Polymer Chemistry, or NDT in Textile and Clothing Technology
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
