Reports To: Senior Manager, Human Resource Business Partner
Internship Allowance: RM1,000 per month + munch allowance RM10 per day

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Recruitment Intern to join our People & Culture Team, supervise by Senior Executive, Recruitment. You’ll support recruiters and hiring managers in sourcing, coordinating interviews to onboarding, helping shape candidate experiences and drive the company’s growth with strong, diverse hires.

As our Recruitment Intern, you’ll gain practical exposure to the entire hiring journey. From crafting job postings and sourcing candidates, to scheduling interviews and enhancing candidate experience, you’ll learn how recruitment works end-to-end. This is a hands-on role where speed, curiosity, and people skills matter most.

Responsibilities (What you’ll do)

  • Support recruiters in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Post job descriptions across multiple channels.
  • Manage candidate databases and ensure records are accurate and updated.
  • Assist in recruitment reports, dashboards, and process documentation.
  • Help ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process.
  • Contribute ideas for improving recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives.

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, and Slides).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks at once.
  • A proactive learner with enthusiasm for HR and recruitment.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
