Job Description:
Our summer internships provide ambitious undergraduates the chance to gain real-world experience in their field of study. We provide challenging, professional experience with a global corporation, where you learn from and work alongside Donaldson employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research & Development Support: Assist with laboratory experiments, data collection, and analysis to support ongoing R&D initiatives. Help prepare experimental setups and handle biological samples under supervision.
• Data Management: Aid in data entry, organization, and preliminary analysis using software tools. Assist in creating reports and presentations based on experimental findings.
• Project Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contributing ideas and insights to ongoing projects. Participate in team meetings and provide updates on assigned tasks.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of laboratory activities, including protocols, procedures, and results, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory guidelines.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Biotechnology, Biology, Chemistry, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with basic wet laboratory techniques and safety protocols.
• Analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and present scientific data.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
