Alice & Bob is developing the first universal, fault-tolerant quantum computer to solve the world’s hardest problems.
The quantum computer we envision building is based on a new kind of superconducting qubit: the Schrödinger cat qubit. In comparison to other superconducting platforms, cat qubits have the astonishing ability to implement quantum error correction autonomously!
We are at the forefront of the quantum race, competing with tech giants such as Google or IBM, and we are growing fast after securing €100 million of funding in 2025 to develop our unique technology.

"As R&D Project Manager intern at Alice & Bob, you'll play a key role in streamlining and standardizing the processes that drive our R&D projects, helping to boost efficiency and support innovation across the team."
During this internship you will be supporting the Technical Operation Team. One mission for the team is to improve and accelerate the R&D process of the company. Such improvement is done through creating new procedures, deploying them, and customise software dedicated to project management.
Responsibilities:
- Participate to all key meetings related to R&D planning.
- Use all tools currently dedicated to R&D planning.
- Identify improvement on either the process, the software tools, the planning management, etc.
- Work directly with Product Managers to implement innovation regarding project’s management .
- Conduct internal user interviews to better fine-tune existing process.
- Deploy new procedure into the R&D pipeline.
Requirements:
- Scientific or Mathematics academic background.
- Data handling.
- Statistics.
- Experience in Lean management.
- Experience on Jira.
- Experience in dashboarding tools such as Grafana, PowerBi, etc.
- Python development.
- Experience on complex project management involving both hardware and software.
- Experience on conducting user interviews.
