During your internship, you’ll be supported by your team and have the opportunity to work on various quality-related projects with different company stakeholders. On a typical day you will:
• Work closely with an experienced tutor who will guide you through your learning journey
• Within the scope of R&D activities; analyzing, managing, reporting, presenting and following up projects by using various idea generation techniques through the development portal,
• Learn how to implement corrective and preventive actions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, production, and service departments
• Participate in continuous improvement projects related to product and service quality
What you will need to be successful (adjust based on local regulations):
• You are studying or have recently graduated in a technical or engineering discipline
• You are detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• You are proactive, reliable, and have good communication skills
• You are eager to learn and contribute in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
