How you will make an impact:
Project-manage Quality Business Shared service Centre Ticketing system.
Coordinate with stakeholders on Ticketing System requirements
Document, follow-up, ensure timely progress and deployment of system.
What you'll need (Required):
Studying bachelor’s degree in IT related course of study
Available for the internship period from June 2026 for a period of 4 - 6 months

Good communication and problem-solving skills
Proficient in MS Office (word, PowerPoint, excel etc..)
Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control.
