Intern ‐ Quality Assurance

Responsibilities
- Support the Quality team in daily quality assurance and quality control activities within the manufacturing environment.
- Assist in monitoring garment quality throughout the production process to ensure compliance with company and customer quality standards.
- Participate in quality inspections, defect analysis, and root cause investigations to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in preparing quality reports, presentations, and documentation related to quality improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with production, technical, and engineering teams to support corrective and preventive action plans.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects focused on reducing defects, improving first-pass yield, and enhancing product quality.
- Support compliance with customer quality requirements, company quality management systems, and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure proper maintenance of quality records and documentation while maintaining confidentiality where applicable.
Qualifications
Undergraduate or recent graduate in Textile Engineering, Apparel Manufacturing, Quality Management or a related
field.- Experience in university or academic projects related to quality improvement, process analysis, defect reduction, or
operational excellence is preferred. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, for data analysis and reporting.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with production and technical teams.
- Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma concepts, or quality management systems will be considered an advantage.
- Self‐motivated, proactive, and willing to learn quality management systems and apparel manufacturing best practices.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
