Responsibilities 

  • Support the Quality team in daily quality assurance and quality control activities within the manufacturing environment. 
  • Assist in monitoring garment quality throughout the production process to ensure compliance with company and customer quality standards. 
  • Participate in quality inspections, defect analysis, and root cause investigations to identify opportunities for improvement. 
  • Assist in preparing quality reports, presentations, and documentation related to quality improvement initiatives. 
  • Coordinate with production, technical, and engineering teams to support corrective and preventive action plans. 
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects focused on reducing defects, improving first-pass yield, and enhancing product quality. 
  • Support compliance with customer quality requirements, company quality management systems, and standard operating procedures.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of quality records and documentation while maintaining confidentiality where applicable. 

Qualifications 

  • Undergraduate or recent graduate in Textile Engineering, Apparel Manufacturing, Quality Management or a related
    field.


  • Experience in university or academic projects related to quality improvement, process analysis, defect reduction, or
    operational excellence is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, for data analysis and reporting.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with production and technical teams.
  • Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma concepts, or quality management systems will be considered an advantage.
  • Self‐motivated, proactive, and willing to learn quality management systems and apparel manufacturing best practices. 
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Skills Required
