The Opportunity
We are currently on the lookout for an Intern - Business Analysis to join our team. This is an opportunity for the right candidate to fast track their Business Analysis career by embarking on a practical journey into Business Analysis consisting of hands-on Business Analysis experience, coaching/training by experienced Product Managers and complete exposure to a global product delivery setup.
Responsibilities:
Collaborating with the Product Managers and other stakeholders to understand market problems, research on business solutions and to create the solution specification with emphasis on Requirement Engineering per IIBA best practices
Collaborating with the Project Managers to plan and monitor delivery commitments across a complex delivery ecosystem
Collaborating with the Scrum teams to execute the solution through build, test and deploy
Actively engaging and collaborating with all relevant stakeholders to learn from their experience and insights throughout the internship period
Actively monitoring and completing learning objectives to ensure coverage for the duration of the internship
Actively participating in all training and development sessions
Requirements:
Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Must possess foundational knowledge of Business Analysis and tools such as UML, BPMN etc.
Must possess basic knowledge in UI/UX, Scrum and affinity for technology
Must demonstrate a strong problem-solving and analytical mindset, and attention to detail
Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must be self-driven and a team player
