Intern Project Coordinator – Strategy & Transformation

Verisure is seeking a talented, innovative and passionate Talent intern Project Coordinator – Strategy & Transformation to join our growing and successful company on an excellent opportunity within the Group Communications Team.

Responsibilities of the Intern Project Coordinator 

The Intern Project Coordinator will assist the Strategy & Transformation Leader to support the expansion and optimization of an internal initiative. Under supervision, the role focuses on project coordination, supporting strategy execution, and fostering collaboration across regions to meet organizational objectives. The position offers hands-on experience in project management, process standardization, and strategic communication. 

• Project Coordination: 

• Support the roll-out of the internal project across regions, adapting to local needs and challenges. 

• Assist in defining workflows, tracking project performance, and meeting milestones. 

• Coordinate with teams to ensure efficient resource use and alignment with goals. 

• Communication Support: 

• Draft clear and engaging communication materials for updates and reports tailored to diverse stakeholders. 

• Collaborate on content strategies to promote the project’s adoption and highlight its impact. 

• Engagement & Facilitation: 

• Collect and analyze feedback to refine processes and strategies. 

• Help organize workshops and training sessions to foster regional engagement

Candidate profile 

Experience and Qualifications 

• Degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, or related fields. 

• Project management experience. 

• Experienced in office tools: Excel, PowerPoint, etc. 

• Strong writing and interpersonal skills. 

• Fluent in English, capable of working in an international environment and on global projects; additional languages are a plus.

• Ability to adapt to evolving needs and work collaboratively across regions. 

• Analytical mindset and critical thinking. 

• Ability and willingness to take a "hands on" approach.
