Intern – Program Management

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Program Management Intern to join our Coherent Transceiver team for Summer 2026. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in multi-site global program management of new leading edge transceiver development, work alongside industry professionals, and help enhance our program management tools to enhance our group performance and thereby support our team and company objectives.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Enhance our SharePoint tool to align with the project metrics and develop Dashboards to give management a better real time view of project status and risks
• Experience with managing and developing SharePoint sites, knowledge of Jira and Confluence is required. Any experience with developing visual Dashboards for project visualization is a plus. Experience with Excel automation or programming is valuable
• You will be exposed to the full stream development cycle of a leading edge coherent transceiver project and based on that support development of tools to enhance the program management teams productivity.
• The capstone deliverables for this activity would be an enhanced SharePoint environment for the program management team and Dashboards for senior management team

Education & Experience

• Open to currently enrolled students or those who have graduated within one year of the internship start date.

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Team-oriented but able to work independently when needed.
• Adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and time management.
• SharePoint development / design, Jira, Excel programming / Automation desired

Additional Information

• Internship Duration: 10 – 14 weeks.

Working Conditions

• This role will be based on-site in [Horsham, PA].
• Regular use of a computer and other office equipment is necessary.

 

Physical Requirements

• Sitting for extended periods while working on a computer or in meetings.
• Use of hands and fingers for typing, writing, and handling documents.
• Occasional lifting of objects or materials up to 20 pounds for administrative tasks.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
