The Role
Doctolib is looking for a Product Management Intern to join the Vettore team within our Medical Excellence department and contribute to the digital transformation of healthcare facilities across Italy. You will work directly with Elisa Arzarello (Product Manager) and Marco Antoniazzi (Lead PM).

We collaborate closely with healthcare facilities, administrative staff, and technical teams. You will participate in the development of our Medical Centers management software used daily by clinics across Italy — a product evolving fast as AI begins to reshape how medical practices operate, from scheduling to documentation to clinical workflows.

Your missions include, but are not limited to:
  • Participate in collecting and analyzing feedback from clinical users (healthcare facilities, administrative staff)
  • Contribute to the definition of user stories and write functional specifications
  • Support backlog prioritization in collaboration with the PM and the development team
  • Conduct benchmarking and competitive analysis on clinic management solutions, with a specific focus on emerging AI features in healthcare software
  • Follow the feature lifecycle from discovery to release, in collaboration with dev and technical support teams
  • Explore AI-assisted product workflows: using tools like Claude or similar to accelerate discovery, synthesize user research, draft specs, or prototype ideas
  • Contribute to the preparation of product documentation and presentations for internal and external stakeholders

Expected Qualities for This Role

  • Genuine curiosity for digital products and strong analytical skills
  • Clear and structured communication skills, written and spoken, in Italian (fluent) and English (professional working proficiency)
  • Organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines and work autonomously
  • A proactive mindset, not afraid to put forward ideas
  • A critical and thoughtful approach to AI tools — curious to use them, but focused on solving real user problems
Nice to have:
  • Some experience (even brief) in product, startup, or consulting
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) or tools such as Jira
  • Interest in the healthcare sector or B2B software
  • Comfort with data analysis (Excel, SQL, or similar)
  • Experience experimenting with AI tools (LLMs, copilots, automation) in a work or personal project context
