- Participate in collecting and analyzing feedback from clinical users (healthcare facilities, administrative staff)
- Contribute to the definition of user stories and write functional specifications
- Support backlog prioritization in collaboration with the PM and the development team
- Conduct benchmarking and competitive analysis on clinic management solutions, with a specific focus on emerging AI features in healthcare software
- Follow the feature lifecycle from discovery to release, in collaboration with dev and technical support teams
- Explore AI-assisted product workflows: using tools like Claude or similar to accelerate discovery, synthesize user research, draft specs, or prototype ideas
- Contribute to the preparation of product documentation and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- A Master's degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, Design, or a related field
- Genuine curiosity for digital products and strong analytical skills
- Clear and structured communication skills, written and spoken, in Italian (fluent) and English (professional working proficiency)
- Organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines and work autonomously
- A proactive mindset, not afraid to put forward ideas
- A critical and thoughtful approach to AI tools — curious to use them, but focused on solving real user problems
- Some experience (even brief) in product, startup, or consulting
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) or tools such as Jira
- Interest in the healthcare sector or B2B software
- Comfort with data analysis (Excel, SQL, or similar)
- Experience experimenting with AI tools (LLMs, copilots, automation) in a work or personal project context
