JR64603 Intern - Product Intergration Engineer Yield Enhancement
Title: Feasibility Study on Plasma Focused Ion Beam (PFIB) top-down milling and Scanning Electron Microscopy imaging (PFIB) automation, followed by 3D image reconstruction.
Description: The Yield Enhancement department is essential to the yield improvement program, combining data analysis and lab-based physical failure analysis to create failure models that guide process improvements. The intern will help develop methodologies for PFIB top-down milling and SEM image automation. Collected images will be processed for 3D reconstruction to offer a comprehensive view of defects. The intern will gain proficiency in FIB operations and methodologies, as well as an understanding of failure analysis techniques
