Your responsibilities:

• Gain a thorough understanding of PMG (FME Procurement) criteria and new ways of working

• Conduct daily internal procurement (pre-)audits based on samples to assess compliance in areas such as contracts, benefit reporting, and bidding processes

• Summarize audit findings, define corrective actions, and communicate them to relevant stakeholders (e.g., GCM, GCL, GPLT members)

• Monitor implementation of corrective actions

• Prepare reports on audits performed, highlighting key findings and trends

• Propose recommendations to improve overall compliance and minimize deviations

• Support initiatives to raise awareness and improve communication among procurement colleagues

Our requirements:

• Studies in Finance, Accounting, Legal, Business Administration, or a related field

• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail

• Ability to work independently with a sense of ownership and accountability

• Persistence and a proactive mindset

• Good communication skills

• Fluency in English (minimum B2 level)
