12-week summer experience

Location: Tullahoma, TN orRemote (US-based)

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work cross-functionally within the ISC organization – collaborate with stakeholders and work in partnership with compliance team members and other departments as required.
• Assist in maintaining procurement computer database by analyzing and validating current vendor business classification data.
• Perform spreadsheet analysis on various procurement related tasks.
• Provide status updates on various procurement related tasks.
• Lead Special projects and present results to management at end of assignment.
• Assist in enhancing company data integrity related to small businesses.
• Identify and address any compliance issues discovered during vendor evaluations.
• Assist team by researching and analyzing material group correlation to NAICS code.
• Present and lead results of project details to management at end of assignment.
• Assist other members of the team as needed.

Minimum Job Requirements:

• US Citizenship is required
• Pursuing a college degree; procurement, supply chain, business administration, materials management or closely related discipline preferred
• Strong computer skills MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Ability to manage and prioritize several assignments simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.

 Desirable:

• Desire to learn, grow and engage with peers and leaders - ask for what you need
• Methodical and organized with excellent time management skills
• Ability to pivot alongside ever-changing business climate
• Experience with MRP Systems (SAP a bonus)

Cubic Pay Range: 

 $20-28/hr.* + benefits. 

*Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from our lowest geographic market up to our highest geographic market. 

The Cubic pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
