Your responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain dynamic Power BI dashboards for Finance and Procurement processes to support data-driven decision-making across the organization

• Support the KPI scorecard publication process, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery according to reporting cycles

• Collaborate closely with the Performance Management Team to gather performance updates, monitor SLAs and KPIs, and analyze variances against targets and historical trends

• Drive root cause analysis by working with process owners and continuous improvement teams to identify key drivers and improvement opportunities

• Use advanced analytics tools to interpret data, identify optimization opportunities, and contribute to enhanced business performance

• Support and track action plans, ensuring transparent and measurable progress toward performance targets

Our requirements:

• Degree (ongoing or completed) in Business, IT, Consultancy, or a related field

• Experience in developing dashboards in Power BI will be an asset

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Strong technical foundation and well-developed analytical skills

• Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional foreign language will be an advantag
