Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented WB Intern Process Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our engineering team to support various process engineering activities. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, contributing to the optimization and improvement of our manufacturing processes.

Project Assignment:

As a WB Intern Process Engineer, you will be assigned to specific projects that focus on enhancing process efficiency and product quality. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, develop innovative solutions, and implement process changes. Your projects may include process mapping, data analysis, and the development of standard operating procedures.
 

Deliverable:

1) Understand Backend Assembly Manufacturing requirement and operations.

2) Understand basic semiconductor memory devices functionality and operations.

3) Understand Backend Assembly Manufacturing systems, application, hardware and processes.

4) Perform basic lot disposition according to the defined spec.
5) Detailed process maps and documentation of current processes.
6) Data analysis reports highlighting key findings and recommendations.
7) Implementation plans for process improvements.
8) Standard operating procedures for new or revised processes.

9) Complete the project assignment within the timeline and meet the project objectives and deliverables.
10) Regular progress updates and final project presentation to the engineering team.

Requirement:

Degree in Material or Mechanical Engineering

Summer internship from May to August 2025
