AGC Biologics (AGC) er en international kontrakt-producerende organisation inden for biotekindustrien. Vi arbejder med udvikling af biofarmaceutiske produktions- og analyseprocesser samt GMP-produktion af biofarmaceutiske proteiner til både klinisk afprøvning og markedsføring.

Analytiske laborantpraktikanter til Analytical Method Development (AMD) og Late Stage Process Development (LSD) afdelinger, Søborg

Vi søger i øjeblikket 2 praktikanter med start 1. februar 2026 til vores AMD og LSD taems i Søborg. Vi tilbyder 1 års praktik i en dynamisk og voksende virksomhed med gode muligheder for at arbejde med en bred og varieret palet af opgaver og udfordringer til gavn for patienter verden over.

Vi forventer du kommer med stor faglig viden fra dit skoleophold, drive og en stor lyst til at lære både på det faglige og personlige plan. Vi vil sørge for, at du får en fast praktikvejleder tilknyttet og at du vil blive undervist af et bredt udsnit af vores akademikere med ekspertise i de relevante områder for dig. Endvidere vil du blive bekendt CDMO-branchen og få indblik i metodeudvikling eller analytisk for mange forskellige biologiske lægemidler. Du bliver en del af et godt socialt sammenhold hos os med støttende kollegaer.

Som Laborantpraktikant i Analytical Method Development HPLC afdelingen vil du komme til at beskæftige dig med:

• Udvikling af HPLC analyser såsom affinitet-, size exclusion- og/eller ionbytnings chromatografi med fokus på High Throughput Teknologi (HTT)

• Udvikling af capillar electropherese metode(r)

• Selvstændig databehandling og levering af resultater til godkendelse hos kemiker/scientist

• Praktisk erfaring med Thermofisher HPLC-udstyr samt Chromeleon kromatografi software

Som Laborantpraktikant i vores Late Stage Process Development afdeling vil du komme til at beskæftige dig med:

• En lang række af forskellige bioanalytiske analyseprincipper såsom ELISA, SDS-PAGE, SoloVPE (OD), qPCR og cell based assays

• HPLC analyser såsom affinitet-, size exclusion- og/eller ionbytnings chromatografi med fokus på High Throughput Teknologi (HTT)

• Selvstændig databehandling og levering af resultater til godkendelse hos kemiker/scientist

• Arbejde med high throughput instrumenter såsom automatisering af ELISA ved hjælp af fortyndings-robot, eller high throughput analyse med Octet HTX

• Praktisk erfaring med Thermofisher HPLC-udstyr samt Chromeleon kromatografi software

Vi forventer, at du:

• Har afsluttet (eller forventer at afslutte) den teoretiske del af den danske laborantuddannelse inden praktikken starter

• Har gode engelskkundskaber, både i tale og på skrift

• Er omstillingsparat, systematisk og detaljeorienteret
