Key responsibilities for this role include:

• Support initiatives including assisting with the process development, scale-up, and validation activities for pharmaceutical transdermal products including the components, intermediates, and finished drug products.

• Assist in the execution of experimental trials to include drafting protocols, working on-line with production personnel, and drafting summary reports.

• Assist Process Development staff with technical support to implement changes and improvements to developmental or commercial transdermal products.

• Participate in sourcing, qualifying, evaluating, developing procedures, and validating process equipment as appropriate.

• Assist with tracking manufacturing equipment, creating, and updating technical drawings.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

• The successful candidate will have preferably completed a minimum of their sophomore year and be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Material Science (i.e., or a related field of study). A minimum 3.0 GPA is preferred; however, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.

• Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading, and writing English is required.

• Must possess knowledge of computer applications including Microsoft Word, MS Excel & PowerPoint. AutoCAD expertise (2D) is preferred.

• Must possess strong attention to detail with strong verbal and written communication skills.

The salary range for this position is:  If Pursuing Bachelors = $20/hour, If Pursuing Masters = $25/hour, If Pursuing Doctorate = $30/hour.
