Job Description
Responsibilities

Assist in drafting and preparing for investor presentations
-
Conduct market research for fund activities i.e. investor trends and market intelligence, including keeping current on competitive and regulatory landscape and industry best practices

Support the team with on-site due diligence activities
-
Assist in coordinating with business partners and engaging stakeholders
-
Assist in closing new product initiatives, coordinating all work required in the process of taking a product from concept to closing, working alongside stakeholders and the wider team across all product development activities

Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
-
Currently pursuing a Degree in Real Estate, Banking & Finance, Accountancy, Business Administration, or any other related disciplines

Keen interest in the real estate business, particularly in fund management activities for institutional investors

Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
-
Able to multi-task and deliver work on time and accurately
-
Proactive and resourceful, with an inquisitive mind

A team player
