Join the Global Pricing Excellence team and contribute to high-impact projects focused on optimizing the Accor Rate structure and maintaining robust pricing standards and documentation.
As a Pricing Project Manager intern (6-month contract), you will play a key role in the Rate Parity project ensuring consistency and accuracy in pricing across all platforms to maintain fairness for customers and competitiveness for hotels.
You will also have the opportunity to participate in other projects based on your interests and growth potential.
Your mission:
Your responsibilities will include:
- Rate Integrity & Standards:
- Support the implementation of best practices and policies for hotels.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy in all rate offerings.
- Rate compliance & Monitoring:
- Assist in monitoring rate parity and compliance initiatives.
- Contribute to the effectiveness and health of our distribution channels using our referenced rate parity tool.
- Rate clean-up & Audits:
- Participate in systematic efforts to clean-up rate data.
- Conduct audits within our Central Reservation System (CRS) to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Diagnostic Analysis:
- Conduct analyses to identify the root causes of rate discrepancies, non-compliance and data inconsistencies.
- Communicate with the local and global teams, including Revenue Management, Pricing, Sales and E-Commerce.
- Pricing Standard maintenance & analysis:
- Update pricing documentation with latest guidelines and offers.
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of our rate referential data.
- Ad hoc analysis to assess performance of the rates and offers.
Qualifications

- Master's degree in Business Administration or Hospitality Management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of hotel industry and the broader distribution landscape.
- Fluent in English and French (written and spoken.)
