The Potential Engineer Internship Program at Rockwell Automation will give you the opportunity to start your professional career experiencing the challenges of the world's largest company dedicated to the field of Industrial Automation and Digital Transformation. Directed to last year students with a good commercial and technical approach, our goal is to empower potential young people through specific business areas of the company providing training and constant feedback.

This experience will offer you the opportunity to know the different aspects of our business, work in a global and qualified staff, allowing the development of skills for their professional career. Also, the program's flexibility will provide you the possibility to identify in which area can best contribute according to their abilities and preferences. After the program ends, opportunities may be offered, as hiring in any department and location Rockwell and training and international career.

Location: Bogota (Hybrid)

Main requirements:

• Students from careers such as Control and Automation Engineering, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Telecommunications, Systems or Chemical Engineering (Last year students)
• Availability for an internship for a year and working full time.
• Microsoft excel (can perform complex functions) or Power BI knowledge
• Advanced English / fluent

Skills:

• Self-Learning
• Systems and process understanding
• Information Processing Capability
• Maintain a fact-based approach to problem solving

At least one of the following knowledge areas:

• Industrial Automation
• IoT
• Data analytics
• Familiarity with programming languages.
• Understanding of network protocols or cybersecurity principles
