At Kroll, we're not just about transactions; we're about making an impact. As an Intern in Portfolio Valuation, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience working directly with our team of valuation professionals. You will support various projects and receive hands-on guidance and mentorship from senior team members. The internship is designed to provide exposure to real-world valuation projects, including high-profile independent expert reports and valuations for purposes such as financial reporting, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), and strategic planning.

Navigating Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing valuation models under the supervision of senior analysts.

  • Help gather, analyze, and interpret data for valuation purposes.

  • Support the team in creating reports and presentations for clients.

  • Participate in research activities related to industry, market trends, and comparable company analysis.

  • Collaborate with team members on various valuation engagements, gaining exposure to multiple industries and clients.

  • Engage in hands-on learning with a focus on developing technical and analytical skills.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software tools.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude towards new challenges.
