Exciting News – We’re Moving!

As part of our continued growth and our commitment to fostering an exceptional, collaborative work environment, we’re thrilled to announce that our office will be relocating to a brand-new building at 2000 Innovation Drive, Wexford PA 15090 at the end of the year. In the meantime, hybrid employees will continue working from our current location at RIDC – O’Hara until the transition is complete.

SUMMARY

The Project Management Office intern position is expected to be a mutually beneficial opportunity.  The opportunity provides Armada the benefit of an additional resource to support various continuous improvement initiatives related to PMO Management as well as additional capacity to support research and development efforts related to the development of new services and capabilities.  The intern will benefit from the rapid accumulation of diverse business experience as well as from serving in a capacity that leverages the application of advanced technologies in the pursuit of continuous business improvement.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process Mapping and Documentation
• KPI Design, Development, and Reporting via BI/Visualization tool(s)
• Best Practice Research and Development in Support of PMO Performance Management
• Research and Development as well as participating in pilot development of emerging tech that will be utilized for Armada innovation initiatives (Control Tower, RPA, NLP, Advanced Analytics, others as defined)
• Perform other duties as assigned

                                                                                              

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Qualifications:

• University enrollment with pursuit of 4-year degree  
• Major in a business concentration (flexible as to specific Major)
• Interest and enthusiasm in pursuit of obtaining marketable experience in Supply Chain Management, Project Management, as well as technical skillset proliferation
• Intellectual curiosity and creative perspective
