Intern-Plant Lean Enterprise
(Based at Bodywear-Pannala)

Empower transformation by becoming a driving force of change at MAS as we are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to join the team as an Intern-Plant Lean Enterprise. This role would enable you to support the implementation of Lean / MOS (Manufacturing Operating System) practices in the plant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in organizing and delivering basic MOS / Lean training sessions
- Support implementation of Lean practices on the production floor
- Help with Lean projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collect data from the factory floor and assist in basic analysis
- Prepare simple reports, charts, graphs, and visual boards (KPIs)
- Support preparation for MOS audits and calibrations
- Help maintain visual displays showing factory performance
- Participate in knowledge‑sharing sessions and apply learnings to projects
- Capture learnings from consultants or internal experts for future use.
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate or recent graduate in Engineering, Science, Business, or related field.
- Basic problem‑solving and data analysis skills.
