Intern - Planning
Based at Slimline, Pannala
We are looking for a proactive and analytical Planning Intern to support the Planning team in capacity planning, production scheduling, reporting, and coordination activities. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining planning data, preparing reports, monitoring production plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support on-time delivery and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the preparation and updating of production plans and capacity schedules.
- Assist in maintaining planning data and updating planning systems and reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather information required for planning activities.
- Monitor production progress and assist in tracking planning performance.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly planning reports and dashboards.
- Support planning meetings, data analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Undergraduate or recent graduate in Mathematics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Physical Sciences, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work with data, reports, and deadlines.
- Eagerness to learn planning processes and business operations.
Skills Required
