THE JOURNEY

• Support the onboarding of new employees in Spain and help ensure they have access to the necessary resources and tools. Assist in ensuring employment documentation is signed according to Spanish legislation and benefits enrollment is completed.

• Support HR daily operations, including employee records, system updates, and document management.

• Assist in tracking sick leaves and ensuring our database is updated with information from Social Security and our payroll provider.

• Help explain benefits to new hires and current employees.

• Support administrative changes related to salary, benefits, promotions, bonuses, etc., and collaborate on improvements to benefits packages.

• Provide support to the People team and other departments on topics related to payroll, administration, and benefits.

• Support employees on a day-to-day basis and help answer questions related to benefits, payroll, and company policies.

• Treat employees as internal customers and help facilitate their day-to-day work life.

• Assist in managing administrative aspects of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring documentation accuracy and compliance with Spanish labor law

• Support internal audits to ensure employee files are compliant and properly maintained.

• Help identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation of changes.

• Help keep our colleagues happy!

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Law, Business Administration, Psychology, or similar

• Previous internship or academic experience in HR is a plus

• Basic knowledge of Spanish Social Security, Spanish tax regulation, or HR administration is a plus

• Good data management skills — Excel / Google Sheets knowledge

• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) in English and Spanish

• Proactive, hands-on, and eager to learn

• Detail-oriented — you care about accuracy and organization

• Curious mindset and willingness to improve processes and coordination between teams.
