About the location:

An iconic hideaway on the glamorous Athens riviera, reborn. On the sophisticated Athens Riviera, at the tip of a pine-clad peninsula, Four Seasons offers the best of both worlds: a laid-back seaside escape just 30 minutes from the historical city centre. Discover the wonders of ancient civilization at the Acropolis, then return to Four Seasons to unwind and relax. Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens opened in March 2019 and provides a preferred address for both business and leisure travelers, and the highly personalized, anticipatory service that Four Seasons guests expect and value around the world. The Arion Hotel was built in 1967 and has 106 keys and 61 Bungalows, and the Nafsika opened in 1980 and has 136 keys. Under the same ownership is a large private beach club and marina. Nafsika is open through the year, while Arion and the bungalows operate eight months of the year. Adding to the complement of on-site F&B operations (8 Restaurants and Bars), there are also two third party restaurants on site.

As a People & Culture Intern, you will support our People & Culture team across different areas of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, engagement, employer branding, and HR operations. You will gain insight into how People & Culture contributes to employee experience, guest experience, and business success.

What You Will Do

• Support day-to-day People & Culture administration, documentation, reporting, and coordination.
• Assist with recruitment activities, including candidate coordination, interview scheduling, resume screening support, and reporting.
• Support employer branding, campus recruitment, career fairs, and recruitment events.
• Assist with onboarding, orientation, training, learning and development initiatives.
• Support employee engagement, recognition, wellness, and culture initiatives.
• Assist with data collection, analysis, presentations, internal communications, and special projects.
• Work with different departments and stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality and data privacy.

What You Bring

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from Hospitality, Business Administration, Tourism, Hotel School, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong interest in People & Culture, recruitment, employee experience, and hospitality.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Curiosity, initiative, critical thinking, and willingness to learn.
• Good computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Fluent English and strong professional integrity, discretion, and attention to confidentiality.

Schedule & Hours

• This is a full-time, fixed-term internship.
• The schedule is based on operational needs and includes 5 working days per week, with 2 days off. Each working day consists of 8.5 hours, in accordance with Greek labour legislation.
