Are you a curious, accurate, and reliable student looking to gain hands-on experience in Payroll? Join our team as a Payroll Intern and get the opportunity to learn about payroll processes while supporting day-to-day HR and administrative activities in an international environment.

What you´ll do: 

• Support the Payroll and HR team with day-to-day administrative activities.
• Post and maintain payroll-related trackers and documentation.
• Perform invoice validation and follow-up activities.
• Check and process sick leave documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee-related records and information.
• Manage communication and follow-up with leavers and external service providers.
• Ensure information is accurate, complete, and delivered within agreed deadlines.
• Depending on your interests and progress, have the opportunity to learn Hungarian payroll end-to-end.
• Potentially gain exposure to payroll processes in other countries as well.

You should apply if you:  

• Have student status: you are currently enrolled in college or university and have a valid student identification card. 
• Are pursuing a degree in HR, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Fluency in English and Hungarian
• Can work a minimum of 20 hours per week 
• Have a collaborative mindset with a drive to be the best together!
