Responsibilities- Sustain production and OCAP/QCN disposition.
- Lead the accumulate yield improvement project.
- Provide technical analysis and responsible EFAR actions.
- Lead cost reduction projects.
- Work with other dept for process sustaining, as hold lot disposition, test maverick lot disposition.
- Package design/Tooling design review and optimization.
- Generate case analysis report/project report/Weekly report for management review.
- Master degree and graduate in 2026.
- Positive, hard and high efficiency work style.
- Strong team communication and team work skill.
- Fluent English speaking with good writing.
