- Assist in routine data collection and updating for assurance platform.
- Support in updating and maintaining management system documentation (policies, procedures, SOPs).
- Communicate reminders and updates to stakeholders regarding deadlines and deliverables.
- Liaise with department focal persons and assurance coordinators for data collection.
- Help track and monitor corrective and preventive actions from any relevant audits.
- Participate in internal audits and external audits as an observer or note-taker.
- Assist in coordination of meetings, workshops, and training sessions related to assurance or audits.
- Ensure proper filing and record-keeping of assurance documentation in digital repositories.
