Title: SLT Test Socket Threshold Study and Monitoring Dashboard

Description: In today SLT Test, all sockets and mobo do not have clear monitoring on socket and mobo performance. We do need a OCAP for those low performance socket and mobo.​

Scope:

• To study the correct threshold yield for socket and mobo.
• Establish a monitoring system which able to identify a bad performance socket or mobo
• Establish an OCAP for those low yield socket and mobo.

Supporting team :​

Equipment Engineer , Process Engineer and Technician. ​

Deliverable: ​

• Create clear dashboard which able to identify each socket performance in shift, day, week.​
• Create an automatic triggering system to trigger technician for low yield socket ​
• Create a OCAP flow for low yield socket and adaptor.​
• Opportunity to improve socket performance.

Requirement:

Degree in Electrical and Electronic
