Interns will be part of an IT-MDM team for the company’s Master Data Management programs. As part of the MDM function, they will support other developers, data source application teams, and Enterprise Business Analytics teams to learn technology and MDM operations at an enterprise level. The opportunities include growing into other areas including integration and core MDM development, programming that leverages data techniques to cleanse, organize and transform data.
· Educational Background: Typically pursuing or holding a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
· Technical Skills: Familiarity with data modeling, database management (e.g., SQL, Oracle), and programming languages like Java or Python. Knowledge of MDM tools is a plus
· Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and an understanding of data quality and governance principles.
· Soft Skills: Good communication and teamwork skills, as MDM often involves collaboration across departments.
