Position Overview:
Tracelink, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated MBA student to join our team as an Intern for the summer of 2024. This internship offers a unique opportunity for hands-on experience in our sales, marketing, and business management organizations. Under the guidance of experienced professionals, the intern will have the chance to contribute to key projects, gain valuable insights, and develop essential skills necessary for a successful career in the dynamic field of digital supply chain and healthcare technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities in the life sciences industry.
- Support the development and implementation of strategic plans and initiatives to drive business growth and expansion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute projects related to product development, customer success, and operational efficiency.
- Contribute to the creation of marketing materials, presentations, and thought leadership content to promote Tracelink's solutions and brand.
- Participate in meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance knowledge of the life sciences industry and develop professional skills.
- Undertake ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the supervisor to support the overall goals of the organization.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in an MBA program with a focus on technology, business administration, marketing, operations, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, conduct market research, and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn, take initiative, and contribute to meaningful projects.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
