We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Intern who is passionate about employer branding and digital content creation. In this role, you will play a key part in managing and enhancing our presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Glassdoor, and Ambition Box. You’ll collaborate closely with the HR and Employer Branding team to develop engaging content, monitor interactions, and support branding campaigns. A keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, basic design know-how (Canva preferred), and a proactive mindset are essential for success in this fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Social Media Management:
- Maintain and update company profiles on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Glassdoor, Ambition Box, and Indeed.
- Schedule and post regular updates aligned with our employer brand voice.
- Track performance metrics (likes, shares, views, engagement rates) and prepare monthly summary reports.
- Content Creation s Campaigns:
- Assist in creating engaging content – text posts, image captions, videos, and banners – that reflect our work culture and employee experiences.
- Brainstorm and execute creative campaigns to boost employer branding and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with the HR team to promote events, learning initiatives, new joiners, milestones, and celebrations.
- Community Engagement:
- Monitor and respond to reviews, comments, and messages on platforms such as Glassdoor and Ambition Box in coordination with HR.
- Engage in relevant conversations across professional networks to build a positive brand perception.
- Support internal initiatives such as event promotions, feedback polls, and survey campaigns via digital channels.
- Collaboration s Coordination:
- Partner with cross-functional teams to gather insights, content, and testimonials.
- Work closely with HR and LCD to amplify stories around career growth, learning, and upskilling journeys.
- Participate in employer branding brainstorming meetings and share creative input.
- Written Communication: Strong command over English for crafting professional posts and responses.
- Content Creation: Basic graphic design/video editing experience (Canva preferred).
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple platforms, maintain calendars, and track updates.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure brand voice, grammar, and formatting are consistently maintained across platforms.
- Creativity s Proactivity: A fair for storytelling and a self-starter attitude.
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, Communications, HR, Journalism, or related fields.
- Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Glassdoor, and Ambition Box.
- Interest or experience in employer branding, digital marketing, or HR communications.
- Bonus: Hands-on knowledge of Canva, basic video tools, or analytics platforms.
