What will you be doing?
Internship Period: Aug- Dec
Assist in implementing Marketing activities to support the business goals of KONE Singapore.
- Support the Head of Marketing to execute the Marketing strategy that is based on global marketing strategies and local business requirements and consistent with KONE’s overall mission, vision, and long-term objectives.
- Localize global marketing material and activities
- Update local website pages where necessary
- Implement internal and external events according to global guidelines and utilize global concepts and tools. Covering entire planning to execution of all local marketing and brand event management and client-related activities.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies (for example printing houses, event agencies, advertising agencies, pr agencies, graphic designers)
Sales Support
- Organise and coordinate the production and supply of premiums / promotional items
- Support Sales teams with collaterals/documents that are distributed to customers.
- Track sales leads and work with sales teams to ensure leads are accurately registered in CRM
- Assisting in preparing presentations for both internal and external sharing
Others
- Any administrative tasks needed to support marketing activities
- Data cleanup
