Job Description
Responsibilities
Liaise with tenants on outstanding fit‑out submissions following renovation works
Assist in the preparation of Capex projects for 2026
Support day‑to‑day operations, including corrective and preventive maintenance activities
Conduct daily site walks with the Cleaning Supervisor and Technician to monitor cleanliness and identify building defects
Maintain and update operational records such as equipment lists, inventory, and survey plans
Provide support on other operational matters and perform ad‑hoc duties as required
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Degree in Facilities Management, Infrastructure & Project Management, or other related disciplines
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Possess basic knowledge of Facilities Management and M&E systems
Detail‑oriented, organised, and meticulous
