About the departmentThe Marketing Operations team ensures timely, high-quality, and compliant marketing content delivery across Franklin Templeton. By streamlining workflows and leveraging technology, the team supports strategic initiatives and fosters global collaboration. Team members work together to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement, gaining exposure to data-driven processes and cross-functional projects.
How you will add valueYou will manage diverse product content requests across a global service model.
You will support department projects and ensure timely delivery.
You will maintain monthly and quarterly content updates.
You will ensure compliance and regulatory standards are met.
You will build knowledge of asset classes and product vehicles.
You will proof and QA content before delivery.

Technical & Professional Skills
Fluent in English
Skilled in managing multiple projects under tight deadlines
Detail-oriented with strong documentation and proofing skills
Project management experience is a plus
