Job Responsibilities
Support project leads in cross-functional projects to develop a holistic set of communication skills. Projects can include local and regional ones and may be CSR-related or ESG-focused.
Opportunity to initiate and lead own campaign to hone project management skills.
Support the rest of the Communications team to drive external communication. Support functions include research, writing, editing, event management, stakeholder liaisons, and any other administrative tasks.
Liaise with media and facilitate requests for interviews with executives, statements, etc.
Proactively monitor for media mentions and flag out relevant issues.
Draft and update corporate communication collaterals (e.g. press releases, Q&As, factsheets, briefing documents, speeches, etc)
Lead or support regular reporting to management and any other adhoc projects assigned
Job Requirements
The successful candidate should possess the following:
Good command of English and ideally one other language
Good oral and written communication skills
Good interpersonal skills; a team player
Independent, responsible, proactive, resourceful; a self-starter
Has an eye for details
Good situational judgement and critical thinking skills
Able to multi-task under tight deadlines in a rapidly growing company with a dynamic culture
