Content Strategy & Creation
- Contribute to the development and execution of content strategies to support PA’s digital communications objectives.
- Write, design, and produce engaging social media content across platforms, including graphics, short-form videos, and copywriting.
- Assist in end-to-end content calendar planning and campaign execution to ensure timely and consistent online presence.
- Conduct research on trending topics, best practices, and audience insights to inform creative content opportunities.
- Use editing and design tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva) to create visual and video assets that appeal to diverse audiences.
Community Management & Analytics
- Monitor and manage social media engagement across all platforms, ensuring timely and appropriate responses to audiences.
- Handle enquiries and feedback received via comments and direct messages with professionalism and empathy.
- Identify trending conversations, opportunities for engagement, and content refresh ideas.
- Support basic social media performance tracking and reporting to evaluate campaign effectiveness.

- Undergraduates studying relevant discipline
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiar with major social media platforms and tools.
- Skilled in using design and editing applications, at minimum CapCut and Canva.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to multitask, work independently, and manage deadlines effectively.
Skills Required
