Role Summary:
The Early Careers Program role provides an opportunity to apply academic knowledge in a real-world environment while developing practical, professional skills. This position offers hands-on project assignments and on-the-job training designed to support early career growth and prepare candidates for a potential full-time role within Flowserve.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
• Participate in hands-on, project-based assignments that contribute to business objectives
• Apply academic knowledge to real-world challenges and daily operational tasks
• Engage in on-the-job training programs to enhance technical and professional skills
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic work environment
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and other digital tools to improve productivity and efficiency
• Maintain a high level of organization, attention to detail, and accountability
• Approach challenges with a proactive, creative, and problem-solving mindset
