The Role

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Conduct cycle time studies, line balancing, and workflow analysis.
Record and analyse production videos to develop Yamazumi Charts and Spaghetti Diagrams.
Perform manufacturing data analysis (Pareto, START–STOP data) to identify efficiency opportunities.
Support Kaizen, ergonomics assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Document findings in structured reports and presentations for the engineering team.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Enrollment in a Bachelor’s program in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechatronics Engineering.
Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing and production systems.
Ability to collect, organise, and analyse data using Microsoft Excel.
Familiarity with cycle time analysis, process flow, and workstation efficiency.
Strong communication skills and the ability to document and present findings clearly.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

Hands-on exposure to Lean Manufacturing tools such as Yamazumi Charts, Pareto analysis, and Spaghetti Diagrams.
Knowledge of ergonomics principles and workplace motion analysis.
Experience in continuous improvement projects or Kaizen activities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for technical reporting and visual analysis.
