A dynamic working environment awaits you in our Innovation Management department in the Innovation & Sustainability division. As part of your role, you will take on various tasks in project management and can expand your knowledge and skills under the guidance of experienced project managers.
In addition to our wide range of benefits, you can expect an attractive salary of €2,100 gross/month for a full-time position. Furthermore, you can organize your working day as you wish - with flexible working hours and the option to work from home up to 50% of your working time.

Collaboration in various strategic, cross-divisional projects in the areas of innovation & sustainability
Developing and preparing project documents and presentations for various projects
Support and independent processing of digitalisation and automation of various project activities, also with the help of AI
Preparation, implementation and follow-up of workshops and project meetings
This Makes You Our Perfect Match
You are currently completing a Bachelor's/Master's degree in the field of economics, natural sciences, e.g. business chemistry, industrial engineering or a comparable degree programme
You have an interest and passion for structured work and are open to new ways of working and methods & tools
You have excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially PowerPoint)
You have a quick grasp and analytical skills and have a systematic, solution-orientated way of working
You are willing to develop professionally and personally and are a strong communicator
You are committed, motivated, a team player and show initiative, thus contributing to the success of our company
Very good German (at least B2-level) and good written and spoken English skills round off your profile
You are available for an internship period of six months, starting September/ October
