Project Title:
IT incident Reduction in Manufacturing Operations - BURN IN Area.
Description:
Analyze recurring IT incidents within the BURN-IN manufacturing area to identify failure modes, implement permanent corrective actions and enhance system reliability.
Scope:

• Understand MES ecosystems and its integrations.
• Understand the BURN-IN process flow and its dependencies.
• Develop skills in incident investigation, root cause analysis and recommending sustainable solutions.
• Study AI-driven approaches for detecting and recovering production transaction failures.

Supporting Team:

• IT team
• Process& Equipment Engineer
• Manufacturing team

Deliverables:

• Learn to analyze and reduce high-impact and recurring incidents to help stabilize manufacturing operations.
• Implement proactive monitoring and alert mechanisms for applications and servers to notify operations before failures occur.
• Create documentations/ Knowledge-based article (KBA) for any new incidents and resolutions to build organizational knowledge.

Stretch goal:

• Design and implement an AI-powered auto-correction mechanism to detect failures and execute corrective actions autonomously, minimizing downtime and manual intervention.
