Our IT Solutions Delivery team, responsible for the technology aspect of the Talent and Culture business line, is seeking an Intern for Fall 2025.
Main Responsibilities:
-Understand, analyze, document, and support partners/users in clarifying their needs;
-Conduct comprehensive analyses that are fully documented, substantiated, and based on evidence;
-Formulate professional opinions and pragmatic recommendations, all in compliance with established standards, rules, and guidelines;
-Review data and reports to identify underlying trends, significant discrepancies, and root causes of various issues;
-Actively contribute to solving operational problems and propose solutions to improve processes and practices;
-Carry out professional activities and deliverables in collaboration with other stakeholders in your field or work team;
-Support partners/users throughout the delivery process by ensuring the quality of service provided;
-Actively participate in all team activities (ceremony preparation, Definition of Done, etc.).
Desired Profile:
-Currently studying for a bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration (IT focus), or any related field;
-Must complete a university-accredited internship in Fall 2025;
-Able to maintain healthy working relationships with stakeholders from various sectors and hierarchical levels;
-Enjoy and promote contact with internal partners/users;
-Demonstrate curiosity, autonomy, rigor, and a good ability to synthesize information;
-Show a willingness to learn continuously;
-Possess excellent knowledge of French and ease of expression both orally and in writing;
-Understand Lean/Agile principles and can apply them in a teamwork context;
-Knowledge of Workday, DevOps, and/or the Office Suite (an asset).
